IMPACT OF FINANCIAL CRISIS ON DEVELOPED AND DEVELOPING COUNTRIES :D
When a snowball of financial crisis starts to roll, trading between countries slows down or even ceases. Developed countries that depend on these trades will receive the impact first. Economy of the country will then be an issue for the government to address on. If the problem is not solved properly or in time, shortage of funds would appear in companies and there would then be a need to retrench or to give a pay cut. This will both inversely and directly affect the workers’ morale as they will worry that they might be the next victim. Thus, efficiency of the country might be affected. Unemployment of the country will rise and social problems will gradually appear. Crime rates will shoot up as the unemployed will try different ways in order to get money, no matter what the consequences are. With unemployment rate so high, many families have no income and thus cannot contribute to the economy as they cannot afford to use up their limited budget. Couples who had wished to give birth to babies before will also think twice about it or even abort the thought due to the financial instability of the country, thus causing lack in newborns.
In new and developing countries, there will be new projects being planned or under constructions progress for it to industrialise. With financial crisis hitting the country, plans will be shelved and constructions may have to be temporarily halted. Industrialisation of the country will be put aside as the government tries to salvage the depleting economy.
